We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in original condition with all packaging.
Yes! All Time Lion watches come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. This covers manufacturing defects and mechanical issues. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage (unless the watch is water-resistant), or normal wear and tear.
We typically deliver within 2-5 business days across India. Metro cities like Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi usually receive orders within 2-3 days. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS once your order is shipped.
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across India. You can also pay securely online via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking. All online transactions are 100% secure.
