These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.timelion.in and all purchases made through our platform. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using www.timelion.in and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Products & Pricing
All watch prices on Time Lion are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes — minor colour variations may occur. We do our best to ensure all descriptions are accurate.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received (for online payments) or upon order placement (for Cash on Delivery). We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and COD. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or unavailability.
4. Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver within 2-7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays or public holidays. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999. For remote areas, additional charges may apply.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product. COD orders will receive bank transfer refunds.
6. Warranty
All Time Lion watches come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover: (a) physical damage, scratches, or breakage; (b) water damage for non-water-resistant models; (c) battery replacement; or (d) normal wear and tear.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on www.timelion.in — including logos, product images, text, and design — is the property of Time Lion. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Time Lion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
